The information that we collect about you will depend on how you use our website.
Our system will record the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and any information downloaded. However, our systems will not record any personally identifiable information.
If you decide to complete an online order, the information that you enter on the online form will only be collected by us if you submit your order for processing.
If you choose to be added to our mailing list at the time of registration, we will occasionally email you with updates to our product range and special offers. Should you wish cancel your subscription to our emailing list, you can do so at anytime by updating your email subscription under the ‘My Account' area of our website.
A Cookie is a small text file placed on your computer by our web server, this can later be retrieved by our web page servers to save you from having to re type certain information.
‘Session Variables' work in the same way as cookies i.e. they store pieces of information. For example, the fact that you are logged into our online store, or items that you have selected and placed in your shopping cart. However, these are automatically deleted from our system once you have completed the checkout process, or if you chose to leave our site without fully checking out, then up to 30 minutes later.
The only exception to the use of ‘Cookies' is when you log in to our online store, our system uses a ‘Cookie' to save you having to re-enter your user name and password. We also, use Google Analytics within our website, which does store a small cookie on your computer, however, this does not contain any personal information about you.
When you leave our online store this will remove our websites ‘Cookie' from your computer, however, the Google Analytics cookie will remain..
Cookies are frequently used on web sites and you can choose if and how a cookie will be accepted by configuring your preferences and options in your browser (Internet Explorer / FireFox etc.). However, turning off ‘Cookies' for our website, will also turn off the ability to use ‘Session Variables' and doing so will mean that certain areas of our website will not be accessible.
How we handle E-mail
We will preserve the content of any e-mail that you send to us, if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so. Your e-mail message content may be monitored by our employees for security issues, including where e-mail abuse is suspected; our response to you may be monitored for quality assurance issues.
Disclosure of Information
We do NOT collect and pass on any information you give us to ANY third party, other than to our secure payment providers to save you from having to re-enter your contact details during the check out process. All information will only be used for our own customer service and administration purposes.
